Today is National Employee Ownership Day and the we are proud to be celebrating our first anniversary as an Employee Owned Company!
We embarked on this exciting journey almost 2 years ago, and on 1st July 2015 we finally made the transition to Employee Ownership.
Employee ownership is the fastest growing sector in UK businesses. Our company is the only employee owned organisation of its kind in the country.
As an Employee Owned Trust our objectives are:

- to ensure our staff gain personal fulfilment from the work they have chosen
