Selborne Hotel Manager's charity Clyde glide
24th October 12
On Saturday 20th October William Honeyball, the General Manager of the Selborne Hotel, Dunoon and Company Area Manager for Scotland and the North of England was finally able to scale one of Glasgow city's best known symbols, the Finnieston Crane situated on Pacific Quay and complete his zip wire crossing over the River Clyde after the event had to be postponed last month due to inclement weather.
William said “Sincere thanks to all that sponsored my zip slide over the Clyde, in aid of CLIC Sargent, a charity that does very worthwhile work with children with cancer and their families”.
So far William has raised over £850, if you would still like to make a donation simply go to www.virginmoneygiving.com/williamhoneyball
